Duties
1) Set agenda, attend and oversee monthly meetings
2) Help review and approve spending request
3) Help organize and oversee fundraising activities
To include but not limited to:
a) All behind the scene activities for the 3 theater performances yearly
b) Gift wrapping at the malls
c) Bread braid and wreath/garland sale
d) Coffee house
e) Cake auction
4) Attend represent PISA at Regina school functions when requested
5) Review and approve annual budget

Duties
- Prepare monthly financials (Balance sheet and profit & loss), provide copy for president
- Pay bills and invoices monthly
- Review requests to purchase items using PISA money, approve or take to meeting to discuss
- Create annual budget and monitor to make sure it is followed
- Make deposits when events are held, record them for accurate record keeping
- Give budge report monthly at meeting
- Retain annual records from year to year in case they need to be reviewed or referred to
- Communicate with teachers annually about the program support that will be offered, keep on going tally of the balance from year to year
- Other items as assigned
