Regina SCRIP

The Regina Scrip Program is a fundraising, gift card program that works by the scrip program purchasing local and national gift cards/certificates at a discount.  Regina families then purchase at face value and use these gift cards.  Each gift card has a different percentage of discount, the  Scrip Program records and tracks purchases & discounts made by each Regina family that enrolls in the program.  Yearly, in April, total family purchases are tallied, and families are notified of the amount of discount in the form of a school credit that has been  earned.  Regina families can use school credit to make tuition payments, apply to a lunch account,  or pay any Spring registration fees.  The business office processes any credit earned, by families enrolled.

Regina Education Center receives half of the discount earned per card, or families may designate the full discount to be contributed back to Regina Education Center, at the time of enrollment.

Regina Scrip gift cards are also sold at the four local parishes after Mass on Sundays.   The discount earned from gift card sales at the parishes are shared with each local parish and Regina.

Grandparents and Friends can make purchases, with the credit being applied to your family account.

Teachers can have accounts with money earned being applied to lunch accounts, or “classroom cash”.

  • The Scrip Office is open daily for walk in “cash & carry” sales from 8am-9am when school is in session.  We keep a limited quantity of our most popular gift cards for “cash & carry” sales.

  • Weekly orders for gift cards are due by 9am on Monday of “full order weeks”; cards are then available on Friday for pickup in the JR/HS office by students, or sent home in backpacks for elementary students.  Parents can also pickup orders in the Scrip office on Friday morning.

Full order weeks are listed on our web page.  This is the time when you can purchase any quantity of gift cards from our full list of local and  national vendors.

  • Gift cards/certificates are also sold at many Regina events  from our “Cash & Carry” inventory.  Purchases made at these events will be credited to your family  scrip account.
